You will mentor site leaders, manage resources, and implement TPM/Lean initiatives aligned with automotive industry requirements.

Formación

• ISO14001 / ISO45001 knowledge and experience.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Manufacturing/Operations.
• Experience in the Automotive Industry in a Management position.
• Experience in manufacturing products for the Automotive Industry.
• Experience in the management of Manufacturing Process facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and coordinate process activities to ensure continuity, availability and effectiveness of the Quality system.
• Direct plant operation activities through coordination with different Management levels.
• Forecast needs with Engineering Manager for space and equipment.
• Lead collaboration across managers to resolve issues between plants.
• Coordinate and monitor Superintendent performance and goal setting with Production Supervisors.
• Monitor supplier Quality system performance and drive improvements to our own system.
• Execute continuous improvement via Gentherm operating system and PCP modules.
• Ensure development of personnel in charge.
