L'Oréal, a global beauty tech leader, seeks a Sr. Delivery Excellence Analyst in Mexico City to drive automation and scalable solutions across finance shared services. You will architect end-to-end Power Platform solutions and design dashboards that track performance and strategic initiatives.

You will develop Python, VBA, and Office Scripts automations, integrate AI-assisted tools, and partner with finance stakeholders to gather requirements, prototype rapidly, and train end users for adoption.

Formación

Experience building scalable workflows with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Dataverse).
Strong data modelling and dashboard design using Power BI (DAX, Power Query).
Programming with Python, VBA, or Office Scripts; ability to integrate AI-assisted tools.

Responsabilidades

Architect end-to-end automation solutions across finance shared services.
Design and optimize dashboards to track process performance and strategic initiatives.
Develop clean automations to eliminate repetitive tasks and accelerate delivery.
Collaborate with finance process owners to gather requirements and train users.
