Job summary

L'Oréal is seeking a Sr. Delivery Excellence Analyst in Mexico City to enable continuous improvement across our finance shared services. You will architect end-to-end Power Platform solutions, design dashboards, and automate repetitive tasks using Python, VBA, and Office Scripts.

You will collaborate with finance process owners, validate requirements, and deliver rapid prototypes while ensuring code quality with testing. Expect growth in a global tech-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Automation & Low-Code: build scalable workflows with Power Platform.
• Data analytics: model data & design dashboards in Power BI using DAX/Power Query.
• Programming: Python, VBA, Office Scripts; explore AI tools in delivery workflows.
• Business acumen: understand finance/shared-services and translate tech concepts for non-tech teams.
• Continuous Improvement: drive transformation with Microsoft certifications (PL-900/PL-300) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Architect and build end-to-end solutions using Microsoft Power Platform.
• Design intuitive Power BI dashboards and data models to track process performance.
• Develop clean automations using Python, VBA macros, and Office Scripts.
• Integrate AI-assisted development tools to accelerate workflow delivery with quality testing.
• Partner with finance process owners to gather requirements, build prototypes, and train end users.
