Capital One in Mexico City is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Recruiting Team. You will manage the full lifecycle recruiting process, from crafting compelling job descriptions to sourcing diverse candidates and presenting strong offers.

You will advise hiring managers on market trends, develop pipelines through LinkedIn and referrals, and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in a fast-paced banking environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in recruiting, HR, or client consulting.
• PHR certification preferred.
• Professional experience with full lifecycle recruiting is expected.

This will include creating compelling position descriptions, sourcing diverse candidate pipelines, marketing Capital One's talent brand to attract top talent, screening candidates, advising hiring managers on the recruiting process, and negotiating job offers* Source stellar candidates. Look beyond direct applications and leverage search engines, career sites, recruiting events, and other innovative sourcing techniques to find the best talent in the market* Provide a great end-to-end recruiting experience for candidates and hiring managers* Advise clients and leadership on market trends and recommend more effective ways to attract and recruit great talent* Develop candidate pipeline strategies to fill open positions (i.e., talent marketing, LinkedIn sourcing, referrals, etc.)* Consult with hiring managers on their talent needs**Basic Qualifications:*** Intermediate-Advanced English fluency* Bachelor's Degree* At least 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources or client consulting experience**Preferred Qualifications:*** Professional Human Resources (PHR) certification* At least 3 years of experience in Corporate Recruiting – full life cycle, research, and sourcing* At least 1 year of experience consulting with multiple hiring managers at once while developing and enhancing excellent working relationships with those managers and their teams* Ability to influence and drive results in a fast-paced environment* Ability to use innovative techniques to attract and recruit diverse HR talent* Experience in compensation and general HR requirements as related to hiringAt Capital One, we respect individual differences in culture, religion, and ethnicity.
