PwC Acceleration Center Mexico in Monterrey is seeking a Senior Associate to join our Finance practice, focusing on enhancing financial operations for diverse client portfolios across geographies. You will analyze processes, identify improvements, and implement solutions that streamline operations and strengthen controls.

You will build client connections, guide junior team members, and contribute to financial systems implementations and shared services.

Formación

• English proficiency (oral and written) required.
• 2–3 years of experience required.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsabilidades

• Analyzing client financial needs and developing tailored financial solutions to optimize performance
• Assessing and improving the efficiency of financial operations within client organizations
• Designing and implementing solutions to streamline financial processes and enhance internal controls
• Providing guidance on financial systems implementation and process automation
• Managing financial shared services to reduce costs and improve operational effectiveness
• Utilizing financial data mining and analysis to inform strategic decision-making
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements to validate accuracy and compliance
• Supporting financial forecasting and budgeting processes to align with client goals
• Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for financial strategy enhancement
• Mentoring junior team members to develop their skills and understanding of financial operations
• Travel up to 20%
