PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking an Onestream Senior Associate to enhance financial operations for clients across geographies. You will assess processes, design improvements, and guide financial systems implementation and automation to reduce costs and improve controls.

Formación

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2-3 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
• Preference for fields of study: Accounting, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Finance, Mathematics/Statistics, Risk Management/Insurance

Responsabilidades

• Analyzing client financial needs and developing tailored financial solutions to optimize performance
• Assessing and improving the efficiency of financial operations within client organizations
• Designing and implementing solutions to streamline financial processes and enhance internal controls
• Providing guidance on financial systems implementation and process automation
• Managing financial shared services to reduce costs and improve operational effectiveness
• Utilizing financial data mining and analysis to inform strategic decision-making
• Preparing and reviewing financial statements to validate accuracy and compliance
• Supporting financial forecasting and budgeting processes to align with client goals
• Collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for financial strategy enhancement
• Mentoring junior team members to develop their skills and understanding of financial operations
