PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking a Senior Associate in Assurance to conduct independent assessments of financial statements and internal controls. You will evaluate regulatory compliance, governance, risk management, and obtain reasonable assurance on accuracy, identifying potential misstatements.

You will mentor junior staff, collaborate with clients, and apply GAAP/GAAS while leveraging data analysis to deliver high-quality audits across diverse clients.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required.
• At least 4 years of experience in auditing or related field.
• Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct independent assessments of financial statements and internal controls to enhance credibility and reliability.
• Evaluate compliance with regulations and assess governance and risk management processes.
• Obtain reasonable assurance about the accuracy of financial statements and identify potential misstatements.
• Utilize auditing methodologies and standards to perform thorough financial audits.
• Analyze financial transactions and disclosures to provide insights and recommendations.
• Apply GAAP and GAAS in audit processes.
• Review and verify financial documents to support audit conclusions.
• Monitor and analyze financial trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver quality audit services.
• Develop and maintain client relationships to foster trust and transparency.
• Mentor junior team members and guide them in audit methodologies and practices.
• Leverage data analysis and visualization tools to enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.
