Job summary

PwC Mexico invites a Senior Associate to join our Acceleration Center and contribute to Financial Due Diligence for a diverse client portfolio. You will lead workstreams, mentor juniors, and interface with client teams to identify risks and value drivers in deals.

You will analyze financial data, build models, and deliver insights to support informed deal decisions while growing technical expertise in a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in related role.
• Proficiency in oral and written English is required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial statements, management reports and transaction data to evaluate earnings quality and cash flow.
• Support buy-side and sell-side due diligence in mergers, acquisitions and divestitures.
• Develop financial models and schedules to assess historical performance and forecast assumptions.
• Identify key accounting issues, transaction risks and business performance drivers for client decisions.
• Draft clear deliverables summarizing findings and value drivers for deal teams and clients.
