Job summary

PwC International in Mexico City is seeking a Workday Finance Senior Associate to join our Acceleration Center. You will deliver consulting services across Workday finance, analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support that improve operational efficiency within our Business Application Consulting practice.

You will manage workstreams, build client connections, and mentor junior teammates.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required.
At least 3 years of Workday product experience.
Pursuit of Workday Pro certification or current certification.
Oral and written proficiency in English required.

Responsibilities

Analyzing client finance processes and mapping requirements to Workday Finance design options.
Configuring Workday Finance features to support accounting, reporting, and workflows.
Supporting implementation workstreams and maintaining delivery timelines.
Reviewing functional requirements and mapping business needs to Workday capabilities.
Testing configuration updates, validating results, and documenting outcomes for client review.
Preparing training materials and guiding users through new processes and system changes.
Interpreting data and transaction flows to identify process gaps and improvements.
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to address integration points and deployment dependencies.
Mentoring junior team members by reviewing tasks and sharing Workday project knowledge.
Building client relationships by anticipating needs and responding to changing priorities.
