PwC’s Acceleration Center Mexico seeks a Deals - Financial Due Diligence Manager to lead client deal workstreams, analyzing financial information across mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. You will guide teams and manage timelines to deliver clear insights using diligence methods and technology tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• At least 5 years of experience in relevant field.
• Proficiency in English (oral and written) required.

Responsibilities

• Leading financial due diligence workstreams across mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures.
• Reviewing financial statements, earnings quality, cash flow trends, and working capital drivers to identify transaction issues.
• Coordinating transaction analysis across finance, accounting, and valuation inputs to support deal decisions.
• Managing project plans, timelines, budgets, and deliverables across multiple client engagements.
• Coaching team members through analysis, drafting, and review processes to build technical capability.
• Evaluating financial models, forecast assumptions, and accounting adjustments to support purchase decision analysis.
• Presenting findings and key deal observations to client leadership and internal stakeholders.
• Identifying risks, data gaps, and transaction implications while applying professional judgment to complex financial information.
