Stripe is seeking a senior designer/arts director in Mexico City to join its Creative Design team within the Stripe Delivery Center, shaping global campaigns and brand storytelling. You will drive design systems, mentor peers, and collaborate with marketers, product managers, and cross-functional partners to deliver pixel-perfect visuals across platforms.

• 6–10 years of relevant design and art direction experience.
• Strong track record of independently delivering high-quality work and influencing others.
• Proficiency in Figma, Canva, and the Adobe Creative Cloud suite (motion and statics).
• Experience managing or mentoring a team of designers.
• Ability to express and communicate a brand through graphics, patterns, motion, interaction, and experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Ideate, design, and produce world-class design solutions—static and motion—across presentations, posters, brand art, and signage.
• Steward designers through large-scale projects, providing art direction and guidance on strategy and localization.
• Work across mediums to create immersive storytelling and content that brings Stripe's brand and product stories to life.
• Bring concepts to life through storyboarding, comps, and presentations, iterating from feedback.
• Collaborate with copywriters, designers, marketers, and cross-functional partners to develop visionary concepts for a global audience.
• Mentor designers in best practices and ideation, fostering growth within the team.
• Present ideas clearly to build consensus within the team and with stakeholders.
• Identify and implement process improvements through automation and AI to enhance design quality.
