Emi South Africa is establishing an office in Ensenada, Baja California, and seeks an experienced Senior Architect. The candidate will lead projects from design to construction and support a 3-member architecture team. Required qualifications include a BS in Architecture, 10+ years of relevant experience, EMI project trip experience, and the ability to mentor staff. The position offers the opportunity to impact diverse communities and engage in a variety of projects with ministry clients.

Formación

• Must have EMI Project trip experience.
• 10+ years of relevant work experience required.
• Possess a Bachelor's in Architecture; professional license preferred.
• Willingness to relocate to Ensenada, Mexico.
• Ability to travel internationally 1-2 times per year for projects.
• Basic knowledge of Spanish or willingness to learn.
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsabilidades

• Provide spiritual and professional discipleship through EMI's programs.
• Encourage and counsel client ministry and architecture staff.
• Perform architecture design, analysis, and drafting on projects.
• Conduct architecture review and consultation.
• Lead and mentor interns and younger staff in architecture.
• Maintain architecture standards for EMI Mexico projects.

Conocimientos
