Qualifications

• Master's degree in Urban Planning, Urban Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in urban planning, development, or design.
• Proven experience in developing master plans, zoning regulations, and urban design guidelines.
• Strong understanding of urban planning theories, sustainable development, and GIS applications.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of stakeholders.
• Knowledge of planning and development regulations in Baja California is essential.

Responsibilities
