Responsibilities

• Demonstrates advanced knowledge of project complexity to contribute to team success by adhering to firm goals and standards of excellence in design, execution, and living design.
• Develops creative and innovative design ideas, concepts, and solutions as an integral member of the design team.
• Coordinates drawings for schematic design, design development, and construction documents.
• Analyzes product research and identifies material selections.
• Takes an active role in crafting client and non-client design presentations and prepares corresponding materials.
• Implements a creative approach to complete tasks within schedule and budget, in an organized, timely way.
• Reviews work for accuracy, omissions, legibility, and compliance with the Project Delivery Manual.
• Supports growth of others.
• Expresses curiosity about the design world and industry at large.
• Takes increasing ownership on tasks within project teams and studio activities.
• Participates in design reviews, charettes and pin-ups.
• Keeps open and proactive communication with all and inspires team and designated team leader.
• Coordinates effectively with partners and consultants.
