El candidato ideal posee 8+ años de experiencia en proyectos comerciales, dominio de AutoCAD/Revit/SketchUp y sólidas habilidades de liderazgo, comunicación y negociación.

Qualifications

• Título en Arquitectura (Licenciatura o Maestría).
• Mínimo 8 años de experiencia progresiva en diseño arquitectónico y gestión de proyectos comerciales.
• Dominio de códigos y regulaciones de construcción en México; licencia de Arquitecto en Nuevo León es valorado.

Responsibilities

• Liderar el diseño y desarrollo de proyectos comerciales (retail, oficinas, mixtos).
• Gestionar todas las fases del ciclo de vida del proyecto y equipos de diseño.
• Colaborar con clientes, consultores y autoridades para asegurar cumplimiento y presupuesto.

About the Role

Our client, a prominent real estate development firm based in the bustling metropolis of Monterrey, Nuevo León , is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Arquitecto de Proyectos Comerciales Senior . This role involves leading the design and execution of large-scale commercial projects, from initial concept through to completion. You will be responsible for managing project timelines, budgets, and design teams, ensuring the delivery of innovative and functional architectural solutions that meet client objectives and market demands. The ideal candidate possesses a strong portfolio of successful commercial projects, excellent leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of construction regulations and best practices in Monterrey . This is a critical role for a professional looking to make a significant impact on the city's commercial development landscape.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design and development of commercial projects, including retail centers, office buildings, and mixed-use developments. Manage all phases of the architectural project lifecycle, from concept and schematic design to construction documentation and administration. Oversee and mentor project teams, ensuring high-quality design output and adherence to project schedules. Collaborate closely with clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies throughout the project. Develop project budgets, manage costs, and ensure projects are delivered within financial constraints. Ensure designs comply with local building codes, zoning regulations, and accessibility standards. Source and specify materials and systems, considering aesthetics, performance, and cost-effectiveness. Conduct site analysis and feasibility studies for potential new developments. Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and contribute to business development efforts.

Requirements

Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in architectural design and project management, with a specialization in commercial projects. Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale commercial developments. Proficiency in architectural design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp) and project management tools. Strong understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction processes in Mexico. Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure. Experience in sustainable design practices is a plus. Registered Architect (Licensed in Nuevo León or equivalent) is highly preferred. Strong business acumen and client relationship management skills.
