Accenture is seeking an Application Support Engineer in Monterrey to sustain highly available, secure, and scalable enterprise applications across hybrid environments. You will identify, analyze, and resolve issues while collaborating with cross-functional teams to improve stability and performance.

The role requires advanced English, 5+ years of experience, and hands-on work with AWS, OpenShift, WebLogic/Tomcat, Linux, Python, and Ansible.

Responsabilidades

• Act as a software detective by identifying, analyzing, and resolving issues across multiple components of critical business applications.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure application stability, performance and continuous improvement.
• Support developers by troubleshooting and resolving application-related issues.
• Support and maintain applications hosted on hybrid environments (AWS, OpenShift, Private Cloud).
• Build, configure, administer, and maintain WebLogic, Tomcat, and Apache servers.
• Monitor application environments and proactively troubleshoot issues using observability tools.
• Participate in on-call rotation, including off hours and weekend support.
• Tune application server parameters to optimize performance.
• Install, configure, and maintain SSL/TLS certificates on servers.
• Develop and maintain Linux/Unix shell scripts and automate using Python, Shell, and Ansible.
• Deploy Java/J2EE applications using CI/CD tools (CloudBees ElectricFlow).
• Configure and manage F5 Load Balancers and iRules.
