C3 AI is seeking a Senior Accounting Operations Analyst to manage the full accounts payable cycle at our Guadalajara office. You will process invoices, run payments, maintain vendor data in NetSuite and Coupa, and support month-end close in a fast-paced enterprise AI environment.

The ideal candidate has 4–5 years of AP experience, proficiency in NetSuite and Coupa, and a strong focus on process improvement and internal controls. This is a full-time, onsite role in Guadalajara.

Formación

• 4–5 years of accounts payable experience, preferably in a high-growth technology or SaaS company.
• Hands-on proficiency with NetSuite (AP module, payment runs, saved searches) and Coupa (invoicing, PO, supplier portal).
• Demonstrated ability to drive AP process improvements: automation of invoice workflows and cycle-time reduction.
• Understanding of U.S. GAAP and SOX controls in a public-company context.
• Experience handling domestic and international vendor payments (ACH, wire, checks).

Responsabilidades

• Process and review high-volume vendor invoices end-to-end: receipt, coding, two-way PO matching, approval routing, and posting in NetSuite.
• Execute domestic and international payment runs (ACH, wire, check, virtual card) and coordinate with Treasury on cash flow.
• Onboard and maintain vendor records in NetSuite and Coupa; respond to vendor inquiries and disputes.
• Drive procure-to-pay improvements by automating invoice workflows and reducing exceptions.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close with aging reports, accruals, and reconciliations; ensure timely reporting.
• Maintain SOX-compliant documentation and audit-ready records; assist internal/external audits.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Legal, Treasury, and FP&A on PO compliance and spend analytics.
