Job summary

Flowserve is seeking a Supply Chain Specialist Ancillary Equipment to ensure supplier performance, quality, delivery, and risk management for its prioritized suppliers. The role acts as a regional supplier base expert, bridging the business and global functions.

Responsibilities include end-to-end supplier account management, monitoring performance, triggering corrective actions, and leading supplier reviews. Strong analytical and negotiation skills, with SAP/Ariba experience, are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Supply Chain / procurement.
• Strong interpersonal relationship management.
• Knowledgeable in procurement, sourcing and category management.

Responsibilities

• Manage supplier performance focusing on quality, delivery, and cost.
• Assess supplier risk and advise on mitigation actions.
• Facilitate supplier RCA and corrective actions.
• Coordinate escalations and risk with appropriate channels.
• Collect data for reporting and regulatory needs.
• Support supplier claims related to warranty or damages.
• Lead supplier business review meetings with MOM follow-ups.
• Monitor spend against AVL and roadmap set by Category Management.
• Collaborate with Supplier Performance Group and Category Management.
