Job summary

Kraft Heinz, Inc. seeks an experienced Management Reporting & Data SME – GBS in Mexico City to drive standardized reporting practices, data governance and self-service analytics adoption.

You will partner with sub-pillar leads and IT to ensure accurate, decision-grade outputs across the MR & DF pillar. Ideal candidates bring deep knowledge of large data set management in finance, strong analytical thinking, and a collaborative mindset to streamline reporting workflows and deploy AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience in management reporting or data analytics.
• Proficient with Excel (Power Pivot), Snowflake, Power BI and large datasets.
• Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as in-house expert on management reporting frameworks, KPI definitions and calculations.
• Establish data governance policies and data quality controls across the reporting stack.
• Collaborate with onshore sub-pillar leads and finance teams to translate business questions into reporting requirements.
• Design, build and automate executive reporting packages and KPI dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, Snowflake.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting workflows and drive automation.
• Modernize the reporting operating model and coach juniors on data tools and analytics techniques.
