SBG seeks a Senior Manager – SAP Platform & Technical Services to lead end-to-end SAP technical landscape, including Basis, ABAP development, integrations, security, and run support. You will shape the future-state transformation to Cloud and S/4HANA, partnering with business and architecture teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

The role emphasizes leadership of multidisciplinary teams, governance of SAP ECC (EHP7), migration planning to S/4HANA, and ensuring 24x7 operational stability

Formación

• 5+ years SAP experience with Basis/ABAP/Integrations
• Strong leadership of cross-functional technical teams
• Experience managing complex SAP ECC landscapes
• Understanding of S/4HANA architecture and migration approaches
• Cloud platform experience (Azure/AWS) and SAP hosting
• Vendor management and outsourced service delivery experience
• Advanced English communication skills

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end availability, performance, and reliability of SAP platforms
• Lead SAP Basis and platform operations including monitoring and backups
• Ensure 24x7 operational stability with incident/change management
• Define and manage SLAs, KPIs, and accountability across technical services
• Lead SAP Cloud and S/4HANA strategy and roadmap
• Oversee SAP integrations and data flows across systems
• Partner with business and architecture teams to design scalable solutions
