Turtle Trax S.A. is seeking an SAP AMS Service Manager to lead delivery topics and act as the primary point of contact for SAP ASM Functional in a remote, national role.

The candidate will manage escalation, ensure service levels and KPIs are met, and leverage 5+ years of SAP AMS experience across logistics (SD, PP, MM, EWM), FI-CO, and SuccessFactors to drive high-quality results. Advanced English is required to coordinate with global teams and stakeholders while maintaining SAP AMS process

Formación

• 5+ years of proven SAP AMS service management experience.
• At least 5+ years of proven SAP consultant experience in Logistics (SD/PP/MM/EWM), FI-CO, and SuccessFactors.
• Primary point of contact for SAP ASM Functional for delivery topics, issues and concerns.
• Escalation management and SLA/KPI oversight aligned with SAP AMS processes.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure target SLAs/KPIs are met and contractual commitments fulfilled.

Functional background (FI, CO, SD, MM, PM, TM, PP)

• Primary Point of Contact: Serves as the main operational contact for SAP ASM Functional regarding all delivery topics, issues, and concerns.
• Escalation Management: Acts as the primary escalation point for tickets, delivery quality, governance, and operational risks.
• Experience Requirement: Requires 5+ years of proven SAP AMS service management experience. At least 5+ years of proven experience as SAP consultant in the modules: Logistics (SD, PP, MM, EWM, etc.), FI-CO, Success Factors, etc.
• Performance Standards: Empowers the delivery team to achieve high quality deliverables while maintaining 100% alignment with SAP AMS process requirements.
• SLA Oversight: Responsible for ensuring all target service levels (SLAs/KPIs) are met and contractual commitments are fulfilled.
