Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Mexico seeks an Amazon Connect Tech Analyst - Manager to lead consulting services for business applications across advisory, assurance, tax and services. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and train clients for seamless usage while mentoring junior staff.

You will manage teams, maintain client accounts, and shape project success through strategic planning and performance management, embracing innovation to improve delivery and client outcomes.

Qualifications

As an Amazon Connect Tech Analyst - Manager, you will play a pivotal role in consulting services for a variety of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards, enhancing your leadership style to motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You will leverage team strengths and manage performance to deliver on client expectations, embracing technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will provide consulting services for a wide range of business applications within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice. You will leverage a broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support. What You Must Have
