PwC México Acceleration Center seeks an AWS Modernization Specialist - Manager to lead the transformation of client systems leveraging AWS technologies across advisory, assurance, tax and business services. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, mentor staff, and drive complex cloud solutions with integrity.

In this role you will manage client engagements, oversee enterprise architectures and microservices, and promote ATDD and CI/CD practices while using Java, Python and JavaScript.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 4 years of experience in software engineering or cloud modernization.
• Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Responsabilidades

• Lead modernization of AWS platforms with innovative software practices.
• Manage client engagements and delivery of cloud engineering solutions.
• Oversee enterprise architectures and microservices development and integration.
• Guide teams in ATDD and CI/CD methodologies.
• Use Java, Python, and JavaScript to enhance development processes.
• Conduct code reviews and ensure coding standards and QA testing.
• Collaborate across functions to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.
• Mentor junior staff in software project management and lifecycle activities.
• Promote platform engineering and architecture best practices within the team.
• Drive business process improvements through effective client management.
