Job summary

Infoblox is seeking a Senior AI Solutions Engineer in Mexico to build practical AI solutions that boost productivity and decision-making across our global GTM teams. You will connect enterprise platforms, data, and workflows to create measurable impact, collaborating with Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to scale AI across the organization.

You will own end-to-end AI initiatives from discovery to production, emphasizing testing, monitoring, governance, and responsible use.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI solution development, business applications, automation, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, or a related field.
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents, assistants, LLM-powered workflows, or comparable enterprise automation solutions.
• Expertise with enterprise AI platforms such as Claude, Glean, OpenAI, Gemini, or similar tools.
• Strong understanding of large language models, prompt engineering, agent workflows, tool calling, MCP, RAG, evaluation, and responsible AI practices.
• Experience integrating applications and data through APIs, connectors, webhooks, or similar technologies.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams to identify high-value opportunities where AI can improve productivity, decision-making, pipeline management, forecasting, customer engagement, and operational efficiency.
• Design, build, test, and deploy AI agents, assistants, and workflow automations using approved enterprise AI platforms such as Claude, Glean, OpenAI, Gemini, or comparable tools.
• Translate business requirements into reliable AI-powered solutions that address GTM challenges and reduce administrative friction.
• Develop account intelligence, sales productivity, pipeline management, forecasting, content generation, knowledge retrieval, and customer engagement solutions.
• Extend enterprise AI platforms through APIs, connectors, MCP, tool calling, and custom development when required.
• Integrate Salesforce and other GTM applications, data sources, and enterprise systems to support secure, connected workflows.
• Apply prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, structured outputs, evaluation methods, and human-in-the-loop controls to improve solution quality and reliability.
• Own solutions from discovery and prototyping through production deployment, adoption, monitoring, and continuous improvement.
• Establish testing, monitoring, documentation, and feedback practices that measure accuracy, usability, adoption, cycle-time reduction, quality improvement, and capacity returned.
• Ensure AI solutions comply with Infoblox security, architecture, privacy, data governance, and responsible-use standards.

Senior AI Solutions Engineer

We have an opportunity for a Senior AI Solutions Engineer to join our Revenue Operations team in Mexico, reporting to the Revenue Operations Programs Director. In this pivotal role, you will build and deliver practical AI solutions that improve productivity, decision-making, and business processes across our global go-to-market organization. Collaborating closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Revenue Operations, Information Technology, Security, and Data teams, you will connect enterprise platforms, data, and workflows to create measurable business impact while helping Infoblox operate with greater speed, insight, and scale

Be a Contributor — What You’ll Do

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations teams to identify high-value opportunities where AI can improve productivity, decision-making, pipeline management, forecasting, customer engagement, and operational efficiency

Be Prepared — What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, AI solution development, business applications, automation, Revenue Operations, Business Operations, Analytics, or a related field
• Hands-on experience building and deploying AI agents, assistants, LLM-powered workflows, or comparable enterprise automation solutions
• Expertise with enterprise AI platforms such as Claude, Glean, OpenAI, Gemini, or similar tools
• Strong understanding of large language models, prompt engineering, agent workflows, tool calling, MCP, RAG, evaluation, and responsible AI practices
• Experience integrating applications and data through APIs, connectors, webhooks, or similar technologies
• Familiarity with Salesforce and B2B sales, marketing, customer success, or broader GTM processes
• Nice to have experience with GTM platforms such as Gong, Clari, or comparable revenue technology preferred
• Experience taking AI solutions from prototype to production, including testing, monitoring, security review, governance, and performance improvement
• Proven ability to translate ambiguous business needs into practical solutions and communicate technical concepts clearly to business audiences
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field; equivalent hands-on technical experience may be considered

• Demonstrate measurable improvements such as reduced cycle time, improved quality, increased adoption, or capacity returned

One Year:

• Scale a portfolio of reliable AI solutions across the global GTM organization
• Establish repeatable practices for AI discovery, prioritization, development, deployment, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement
• Integrate AI solutions more deeply with Salesforce and other core GTM platforms to support account intelligence, pipeline management, forecasting, and customer engagement
• Build strong adoption through enablement, user feedback, and continuous refinement of solutions
• Provide leadership with clear reporting on business value, risks, adoption, and recommendations for future AI investments
• Serve as a trusted technical and strategic partner for responsible AI adoption across Revenue Operations
