Job summary

PwC Acceleration Center Mexico is seeking an Acceleration Center - Agentic AI Engineer - Senior Associate to transform raw data into actionable insights. You will design and deploy AI-driven automations, manage observability and SLOs, and ensure robust production systems across advisory, assurance, tax and business services.

You will work with AI-native tools, build scalable evaluations, and lead teams in navigating complex scenarios while maintaining high standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy LLM-powered automations at scale.
• Build eval frameworks: offline benchmarks, adversarial red-teaming, regression suites, production feedback loops.
• Own observability end-to-end: traces, latency histograms, cost attribution, token throughput, dashboards.
• Define and enforce SLOs for model-backed services; own the alerting stack and incident response playbooks.
• Debug production failures across the full stack — Kubernetes, model hallucinations, prompt injection; write postmortems.
• Operate AI-native tools daily (Claude Code, Codex, Copilot, Cursor); ensure output quality.
• Architect CI/CD for model and prompt changes: versioning, eval gates, rollback strategies.
• MLOps/SRE: shipped LLM-backed automations with real SLAs and auditable experiments.
