The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience, deep JSM expertise, and strong Gen AI and prompt engineering skills, with fluent English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience building, configuring, and integrating AI agents into workflows.
• Deep expertise in Jira Service Management (JSM) design and configuration.
• Strong background in Configuration as Code and automated deployment pipelines.
• Experience with Generative AI development and prompt engineering.
