Job summary

Samsara in Mexico is seeking a senior builder to own AI-native knowledge workflows, drafting articles from product releases and automations that improve knowledge quality. You’ll work with subject matter experts to shape scalable solutions and document how AI delivers value.

The role emphasizes hands-on AI development, content strategy, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll define project scope, timelines, and success metrics while ensuring content is accurate and easy for customers to use.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years in operations, program management, knowledge management, or related field.
• Hands-on experience building AI solutions to operational problems.
• Experience owning projects from start to finish, including scoping and timelines.
• Experience creating or maintaining technical content, such as documentation.
• Clear communication with cross-functional partners at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Design and build AI-powered workflows to create, review, and maintain knowledge content.
• Identify operational problems and solve them with AI across intake, routing, and QA.
• Own knowledge content projects from scoping to delivery, including timelines and dependencies.
• Set and improve processes and standards for knowledge development with AI tools.
• Track KPIs for knowledge content and decide what to build next based on data.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to create and maintain accurate customer documentation.
