HSBC Global Service Center in Mexico City seeks an AI, Software & Cloud Architect to design scalable, secure technology solutions combining AI, software engineering, and cloud platforms. You will provide technical leadership across architecture, AI adoption, application modernization, and API-driven integration.

You will work with stakeholders, engineers, security, and data teams to translate business needs into robust architecture patterns and implementation roadmaps, ensuring performance, cost

Formación

• At least 8 years in solution/software/enterprise architecture roles.
• Experience designing cloud solutions on AWS/Azure/GCP or private clouds.
• Strong knowledge of cloud-native architecture, microservices, containers, and DevOps.

Responsabilidades

• Design end-to-end architectures across AI, software, data platforms, APIs, and cloud services.
• Lead architecture standards and reference designs across the tech stack.
• Review and advise on architecture in regulatory packs.
• Lead AI-enabled solution design including generative AI and ML.
• Architect scalable cloud-native platforms using AWS, Azure, GCP, or hybrid clouds.
• Guide modernization including microservices, containers, serverless, and API-led integration.
• Collaborate with data scientists and engineers to move AI prototypes to production.
• Ensure non-functional requirements: scalability, availability, performance, resilience, maintainability, cost.
• Provide governance and decisions throughout delivery lifecycle.
• Support migration strategies, platform selection, and modernization roadmaps.
• Evaluate emerging AI/cloud technologies and practical adoption approaches.
