PwC México is seeking an AI Developer - Senior Manager to lead the implementation and integration of business applications across our advisory and service lines in Mexico City. You will guide large projects, mentor teams, and partner with clients to deliver strategic technology outcomes.

You will apply systems thinking, drive operational excellence, and champion innovative technologies while ensuring high-performing, diverse teams and clear client storytelling.

Formación

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 7 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required

Responsabilidades

• Leading the implementation and integration of business applications to optimize client operational efficiency
• Analyzing client needs and developing tailored software solutions to meet strategic objectives
• Providing training and support to clients for seamless utilization of business applications
• Managing complex projects and guiding teams through ambiguous and challenging situations
• Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities for improvement
• Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders
• Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on feedback
• Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to develop high-performing, diverse teams
• Directing the team in strategic planning and execution of technology-driven initiatives
• Promoting the use of innovative technologies and leading practices across consulting projects
