Concord is seeking an AI & Automation Specialist in Mexico City to manage and evolve its internal AI platform, build automation workflows, and influence the tools and capabilities offered to employees.

You will work under the CISO, shaping the direction of the AI program, and collaborating with security and IT stakeholders to ensure compliant, scalable automation across the organization.

Formación

• Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish, written and spoken at a professional level.
• Hands-on experience administering or supporting web-based platforms or internal enterprise tooling.
• Experience building automation workflows using scripting languages, API integrations, or low-code/no-code platforms.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and automation — you experiment with it and stay current.
• Strong communication skills; able to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences in both languages.

Responsabilidades

• Platform Administration: Administer and manage internal AI chat and workflow platform, user access provisioning and integrations.
• Automation Development: Build and maintain automation workflows to reduce manual effort and improve response times.
• Innovation & Discovery: Identify opportunities to expand AI-assisted capabilities and propose new tools or workflows.
• User Enablement: Support employees in using AI tools, troubleshoot issues, and create guidance materials.
• Security & Compliance Alignment: Ensure automations and AI integrations meet policy, compliance, and risk standards.
• Continuous Learning: Stay current on evolving AI and automation landscapes and evaluate new capabilities.
