As an Acceleration Center - Agentic AI Engineer - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling informed decision‑making and driving business growth. Within our Internal Firm Services practice, you will leverage advanced analytics and machine learning techniques to extract insights from large datasets and develop predictive models, conduct statistical analysis, and create data visualizations to solve complex business problems.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality work while embracing increased ambiguity. This role requires you to respond effectively to diverse perspectives, use a broad range of tools and methodologies to generate new ideas, and uphold professional and technical standards.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will be at the forefront of data and analytics engineering, focusing on leveraging advanced technologies and techniques to design and develop robust data solutions for clients.

Responsibilities

• Developing and implementing advanced data solutions to transform raw data into actionable insights
• Leveraging machine learning techniques to create predictive models and conduct statistical analysis
• Designing and maintaining data pipelines and data lakes to support large‑scale data processing
• Utilizing programming languages such as C++, R, and MATLAB for data modeling and analysis
• Applying data science algorithms and workflows to solve complex business problems
• Building data visualizations to communicate insights and support data‑driven decision making
• Collaborating with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored data solutions
• Mentoring junior team members and guiding them in technical and analytical tasks
• Navigating complex data environments and adapting to changing business contexts
• Upholding professional and technical standards in all client engagements

What You Must Have

• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 2 years of experience
• Oral and written proficiency in English required
