Relay Human Cloud seeks a corporate accountant for our CDMX office. You will own regulatory filings, fixed asset lifecycle, and ASC 842 lease accounting, supporting the close, cost recovery, and process documentation. Work is performed with independence against deadlines and reviewed by the Financial Controller.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required; strong English (C1) and proficiency in PlateIQ, Toast, Excel, and filing portals are essential. On-site role.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills.
• PlateIQ, Toast (POS), Microsoft Excel, and California and municipal agency filing portals.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
• English level C1 is a must.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and file California sales and use tax returns and prepayments with the CDTFA; assemble supporting detail by location.
• Prepare and file Business Property Statements (Form 571-L) for all locations; track invoices and submit for payment.
• Manage sales and use tax audits and property tax assessment appeals; compile data and coordinate with advisors.
• Prepare and file San Francisco Gross Receipts Tax returns and estimated payments.
• Own the complete fixed asset lifecycle: acquisition, capitalization, placement in service, depreciation, disposal, and retirement.
• Own lease accounting under ASC 842: manage leases, data, entries, reconciliations, disclosures, and audit workpapers.
