Relay Human Cloud in Mexico City is seeking an Accounting Assistant to support financial operations, maintain records, process invoices, and assist with payroll and tax preparation.

You will work with the accounting team to ensure compliance, prepare reports, help with month-end closing, support audits, and leverage Excel and accounting software.

The ideal candidate has strong attention to detail, solid organizational skills, and at least one year of related experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting or equivalent experience.
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar accounting role.
• Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with preparation of financial reports.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
• Process invoices and ensure timely payments.
• Reconcile bank statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Assist in budgets and forecasts.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks.
• Provide administrative support to accounting department.
• Assist with audits and tax filings.
• Respond to vendor and client inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
