Senior O2C Specialist position in Querétaro, Mexico for LHH's Shared Service Center. You will manage order-to-cash processes, maintain customer master data, support invoicing, collections and cash application, and collaborate across functions to improve data accuracy and cash flow.

Requires 3+ years in AR/O2C, governance of customer data, and experience in a multinational SSC. Advanced English is required; relocation support is available for qualified candidates.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3+ years in Accounts Receivable, O2C, Customer Master Data, or Shared Services.
• Strong understanding of AR processes, customer master data governance, collections, invoicing, and cash application.
• Advanced English required.
• Experience in multinational Shared Service Center environments.

Responsabilidades

We are looking for a Senior Accounts Receivable Analyst with strong experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Customer Master Data, Collections, Cash Application, and Shared Services environments. This role is critical to ensuring the accuracy of customer information, supporting invoicing processes, optimizing cash flow, and maintaining data integrity across global operations.

Key Responsibilities
