The role emphasizes vulnerability management, governance, ticket reduction, and Technology Refresh programs, with strong communication across global teams and time zones to drive risk-informed decisions and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• Experience in Information Security, Vulnerability Management, or risk governance.
• Strong project coordination, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and ticket reduction.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across global teams.
• Ability to manage stakeholders working across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of security and operational initiatives across Talent systems.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Infosec, and Tech Ops to ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee CRs, releases, and deployments with governance and testing standards.
• Prepare operational metrics and executive reports for leadership.
• Drive vulnerability remediation and ticket reduction initiatives.
• Coordinate Technology Refresh programs and risk management.
• Communicate status and risks to stakeholders and leadership.
