Job summary

EY Talent Operate PM oversees end-to-end delivery of security and operational initiatives across Talent systems, coordinating with Product Owners, Infosec, and Tech Ops to ensure compliant, high-quality execution. The role drives vulnerability remediation, ticket reduction, and timely releases with governance adherence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Review and assess security findings, requests, and enhancements with scope validation and documentation.
• Lead remediation of GVM findings and track aging, closing risks and remediation plans.
• Drive ticket trend analysis, root-cause analysis, and preventive actions to reduce support volumes.
• Manage enhancement intake, prioritization, planning, and budget use aligned with business goals.
• Oversee Change Requests, releases, and deployments with governance and testing standards.
• Lead technology refresh programs, managing schedules, risks, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure delivery of operational, security, and tech initiatives.
• Prepare operational metrics, risk dashboards, and executive status reports for governance forums.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, regulatory, and operational policies.

Role Overview

The Talent Operate PM manages end-to-end delivery of security and operational initiatives across Talent systems, including Infosec compliance, GVM vulnerability remediation, ticket reduction initiatives, and small enhancements. The role coordinates with Product Owners, Infosec teams, Configuration teams, and delivery stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant, and high-quality execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and assess security findings, operational requests, and enhancement demands, ensuring scope validation and documentation completeness.
• Lead vulnerability management activities by coordinating remediation efforts, tracking GVM findings, monitoring aging, and driving timely closure of risks, exceptions, and remediation plans.
• Drive operational excellence through ticket trend analysis, root cause identification, process improvements, and preventive actions to reduce support volumes.
• Manage enhancement demand intake, prioritization, planning, and budget utilization in alignment with business objectives and operational priorities.
• Oversee Change Requests (CRs), releases, and production deployments, ensuring adherence to governance, approvals, testing, and deployment standards.
• Lead Technology Refresh Programs, including infrastructure, platform, database, server, and application upgrades, while managing schedules, dependencies, risks, testing, and stakeholder communications.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Product Owners, Infosec, Tech Ops, vendors, and business stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of operational, security, and technology initiatives.
• Prepare and present operational metrics, risk dashboards, remediation status, program updates, and executive reports for leadership and governance forums.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, regulatory, and operational policies while maintaining application stability, resilience, and business continuity.

Required Skills

• Experience in Information Security, Vulnerability Management (GVM), or risk governance
• Strong project coordination, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills
• Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and ticket reduction initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across global teams
• Ability to manage stakeholders working across multiple time zones

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors (EC, RCM, ONB, LMS)
• Familiarity with vulnerability management tools, ServiceNow, and reportingdashboards
• Experience in managing small enhancement budgets and operational demands
• PMP/Prince2 certification (preferred)

Other Requirement

• Travel may be required (minimal)
• Excellent communication skills in English
