Job summary

EY is seeking a Talent Operate PM to manage end-to-end delivery of security and operational initiatives across Talent systems, including Infosec compliance, GVM remediation, and ticket-reduction efforts. The role requires coordination with Product Owners, Infosec, Configuration, and delivery stakeholders to ensure compliant, high-quality execution.

The ideal candidate will drive vulnerability management, operational excellence, and budget-conscious planning while communicating with leadership

Qualifications

• Experience in Information Security, Vulnerability Management (GVM), or risk governance.
• Strong project coordination, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Proven ability to improve operations and reduce ticket volumes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across global teams.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders across multiple time zones.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess security findings, requests, and enhancements with scope validation.
• Lead vulnerability management and track GVM findings to timely closure.
• Analyze ticket trends and implement process improvements to reduce support volumes.
• Manage enhancement intake, prioritization, planning, and budget utilization.
• Oversee CRs, releases, and deployments with governance and testing standards.
• Lead technology refresh programs with schedules, risks, and stakeholder comms.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of security and tech initiatives.
• Prepare operational metrics, risk dashboards, remediation status, and executive reports.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, regulatory, and operational policies.
