Ey in Mexico is seeking a Talent Operate PM to manage end-to-end delivery of security and operational initiatives across Talent systems, coordinating with Product Owners, Infosec, configuration teams, and delivery stakeholders to ensure timely, compliant, high-quality execution.

The role focuses on vulnerability remediation, ticket reduction, change management, technology refresh programs, and producing governance-ready reports for leadership.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Information Security, Vulnerability Management (GVM), or risk governance.
• Strong project coordination, prioritization, and multi-tasking skills.
• Proven ability to drive operational efficiency and ticket reduction initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management across global teams.
• Ability to manage stakeholders working across multiple time zones.

Aufgaben

• Review and validate security findings and enhancement requests.
• Lead vulnerability management activities and track GVM findings.
• Improve operations through ticket trend analysis and process improvements.
• Manage enhancement demand intake, prioritization, planning, and budgets.
• Oversee Change Requests, releases, and deployments with governance.
• Lead Technology Refresh Programs including upgrades and testing.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure delivery.
• Prepare operational metrics, dashboards, and executive updates.
• Ensure compliance with security, audit, regulatory and continuity policies.
