Integon, part of The Allstate Corporation, is seeking a Security Governance Consultant I to support IAM risk programs and regulatory compliance in Baja California. You will assist with research, documentation, and ongoing governance initiatives to protect information and assets.

Join a team focused on developing and operating governance processes, performing user access reviews, and contributing to audits with peers and senior staff.

Formación

• Experience supporting governance, risk, and compliance programs.
• Familiarity with regulatory and industry requirements in cybersecurity governance.
• Ability to prepare filings and documentation for audits.

Responsabilidades

• Leads and becomes familiar with strategies for effective communication and interaction with peers.
• Conducts periodic User Access Review campaigns to verify employee access to company systems and data is still necessary and appropriate.
• Performs basic research and materials preparation in support of regulatory, contract, and industry requirements for cybersecurity governance; assists in the creation, organization, and ongoing maintenance of filings and documentation.
• Contributes to tasks in support of ongoing audits of governance process and procedure compliance; documents and organizes results for use by business and more-senior governance roles.
• Develops understanding of business and technical needs for assigned area; contributes to tasks in support of development, communication and execution of programs and processes in alignment with operational needs.

The Security Governance Consultant I contributes to tasks supporting the development and operation of programs, processes, and procedures to mitigate Identity and Access Management risks, ensure compliance with requirements, and protection of company information and assets; assists with research and develops understanding of pertinent industry and government regulations, and requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lears and becomes familiar with strategies for effective communication and successful interaction with peers

Education

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)

Experience

• 2 or more years of experience (Preferred)

Supervisory Responsibilities

• This job does not have supervisory duties.
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
