Integon, part of The Allstate Corporation, seeks a Security Governance Consultant I in Tijuana, Mexico to support development and operation of programs, processes, and procedures mitigating Identity and Access Management risks and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities include user access reviews, governance documentation, and audits support. Requires 4-year degree (preferred) and 2+ years of related experience; equivalent combinations may be considered.

Formación

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred).
• 2 or more years of experience (Preferred).
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.

Responsabilidades

• Learns and becomes familiar with strategies for effective communication and successful interaction with peers
• Conducts periodic User Access Review campaigns to verify employee access to company systems and data is still necessary and appropriate
• Performs basic research and materials preparation in support of regulatory, contract, and industry requirements for cybersecurity governance; assists in the creation, organization, and ongoing maintenance of required filings and documentation
• Contributes to tasks in support of the ongoing audits of governance process and procedure compliance; documents and organizes results for use by business and more-senior governance roles
• Develops understanding of business and technical needs for assigned area; contributes to tasks in support of development, communication and execution of programs and processes in alignment with operational needs
