Clara is hiring an Early Career Security Engineer to rotate across security functions in the first year with real ownership. You will secure AI posture, monitor cloud security on AWS and GCP, and help secure code in CI/CD pipelines.

The role emphasizes learning, practical investigations, and collaboration with a fast-growing fintech team. You should have 1–2 years in security or related field, basic cloud knowledge (AWS/GCP), and comfort with Python/JavaScript.

Formación

• 1–2 years in security, IT, software engineering or related field.
• Working knowledge of at least one cloud platform (AWS or GCP) and security tooling.
• Comfort with command line (bash), JSON/logs, and basic coding in Python/JS.
• Familiarity with log query languages or willingness to learn.
• Strong written communication in Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Rotate across security functions in the first year with early ownership.
• Define guardrails to protect data while keeping AI adoption.
• Operate SIEM-based investigations and tune alerts.
• Develop skills to trust AI results vs. manual verification.
• Contribute to cloud security, code security, and incident response.
