Four Seasons Cabo San Lucas seeks a Security Assistant Manager to lead security operations, ensure guest and employee safety, and drive health and safety programs. The role requires strong leadership, crisis management, and clear reporting, with responsibilities spanning incident handling, investigations, and staff guidance.

The position emphasizes compliance, security system oversight, CPR/First Aid capabilities, and collaboration with hotel leadership to maintain Four Seasons’ renowned guest

Formación

• Minimum 2–3 years in a luxury hotel security environment.
• Proactive, self-driven and strategic in resourcing and planning.
• Strong Spanish and English, written and spoken.
• Experience leading health and safety programs and security investigations.

Responsabilidades

• Implement and maintain the Health and Safety Management system including safety statements, risk assessments, and training.
• Direct security personnel and enforce security policies and procedures.
• Develop and implement fire and emergency plans and conduct drills.
• Document incidents with objective reporting and recommend controls.
• Guide staff in handling unusual resident or employee issues and manage escalation of incidents.
