Hyatt Vacation Ownership in Cabo San Lucas seeks a Security Manager to lead planning, administration, and continuous improvement of security, protection, and emergency response operations across the hotel.

The role coordinates with Operations, Human Resources, IT, Engineering, and Executive Management to maintain a safe, service-oriented environment, develop policies, conduct audits, and manage CCTV and access controls.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and proven security leadership experience.
• Minimum 2 years in a similar role with personnel management responsibility.
• Strong knowledge of security operations, loss prevention, and incident response.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and external authorities.

Responsabilidades

• Develop, implement, and review security policies, procedures, and programs.
• Organize and lead the Security Department, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Oversee CCTV, alarms, access control, and life safety systems maintenance.
• Coordinate emergency response, drills, and incident investigations.
• Prepare security reports for Executive Management and relevant departments.
