Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in production supervision in manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading production teams across multiple processes.
• Strong knowledge of KPIs, production planning, efficiency, and workforce management.
• Hands-on experience with Lean Manufacturing, 5S, continuous improvement and root-cause analysis.
• Ability to make independent operational decisions and manage competing priorities.
• Strong leadership, communication, conflict resolution, and team development skills.
• Willingness to work the second shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee second-shift manufacturing operations, ensuring schedules and targets are met.
• Manage workforce, materials, machinery, and equipment for continuous operations.
• Monitor KPIs: productivity, efficiency, output, quality, and labor utilization.
• Provide leadership to production teams, promoting accountability and discipline.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality and manufacturing procedures.
• Identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions to reduce downtime and waste.
• Collaborate with Quality, Engineering, Maintenance and Materials to maintain flow.
• Evaluate employee performance, identify training needs, and support talent development.
• Ensure daily management routines, standardized work, and accurate reporting.
• Drive continuous improvement via Lean, 5S, root cause analysis and structured problem solving.
• Ensure machinery and tools are maintained and available for production.
