Job summary

NORMA Group in Chihuahua, Mexico, is seeking a Production Supervisor to oversee 80-100 operators on a daily basis, drive safety, quality and on-time delivery in line with the production plan.

You will lead shift organization, resource allocation, and workforce planning, coach team leaders and operators, and collaborate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, and HR to resolve operational issues while improving OEE and lean initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related.
• 3+ years experience supervising 80-100 production operators.
• Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production of 80-100 operators.
• Ensure on-time delivery aligned with production plan.
• Monitor KPIs: efficiency, productivity, scrap, OEE, downtime, labor utilization.
• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain and HR to resolve issues.
• Lead shift organization, workforce planning and resource allocation.
• Coach and develop team leaders and operators.
