Arrive Logistics is seeking a Coverage Lead to support coverage specialists across offices, including hiring, performance management, and daily operations. The role emphasizes customer obsession and cross-functional collaboration with Carrier Capacity and Biz Dev teams at Arrive’s Guadalajara offices.

You will train reps, manage workloads, and report metrics while driving team productivity and proactive problem solving.

Formación

3+ years work experience.
1+ years of experience working in Logistics; sales preferred.

Responsabilidades

Train/Coach/Mentor reps in department and satellite offices.
Assist with team performance management.
Participate in hiring processes for the team (interviews, selecting candidates).
Lead with drive and accountability to improve team productivity.
Communicate proactively with stakeholders about lanes, processes, and pain points.
Report metrics to leadership and propose actions based on trends.
Coordinate schedules to maximize coverage.
Support load postings and negotiate carrier offers.
Maintain communication with Biz Dev regarding contracted freight.
Assist accounting with carrier payments and documentation.
Oversee service management and company performance reporting.
Provide ongoing training in Coverage and Sales; mentor future roles.
