Arrive Logistics is seeking a Carrier Success Representative to support carrier partners and grow their book of business. You will coordinate with cross-border teams, manage the load board, and use internal tools to ensure timely payments and accurate data.

Join a dynamic team in Guadalajara, working Mon-Fri 0800-1700 in MX Central time and contributing to operational excellence and customer service at scale.

Formación

• 6+ months experience as Carrier Success Representative.
• Ability to work in a fast pace environment.
• Passion for quality customer service.
• Strong sense of urgency and ability to prioritize time-sensitive issues.
• Detail-oriented and thorough when presenting information.
• Organized when it comes to time management and deadlines.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate internally with Mexico Account Executives, Border Operations Account Executives and Carrier Reps.
• Manage the load board for visibility and ensure data is current.
• Perform problem solving to streamline processes.
• Track and update load milestones including Border Operations Card.
• Schedule pickup, crossing, and delivery operations.
• Manage carrier books from Booked to Delivered.
• Use internal tools to address accounting issues and manage load settlements.
• Publish truck listings and reach out on potential matches to refine negotiations.
• Assist in load bookings to grow the carrier's business.
• Enter and update information in ArriveNOW and meet daily metrics.
• Stay updated on all SOPs and procedures.
• Maintain strong service metrics while assisting growth of business.
• Demonstrate assertiveness to identify issues and drive solutions.
• Foster relationships with carrier partners for real-time updates.
• Learn transportation industry insights to better serve customers, carriers, and drivers.

You will be assisting a carrier representative with individualized support with tracking, building their book of business and enhancing your own sales capabilities.

What You'll Do

• Coordinating internally with all parties involved in cross-border operations, including but not limited to Mexico Account Executives, Border Operations Account Executives and Carrier Reps
• Managing the load board for optimal visibility and ensuring all data is current and accurate
• Execute problem solving and innovative thinking to improve and streamline processes.
• Assist in tracking and updating load milestones including Border Operations Card
• Coordinating pickup, crossing, and delivery scheduling and execution
• Manage carrier representatives' books of business from Booked to Delivered.
• Utilize internal tools to address accounting issues and manage load settlements to facilitate timely payments for carriers.
• Publish truck listings for carriers, reach out on potential matches, and present load offers while refining your negotiation skills.
• Facilitate load booking for your carrier representative, playing a key role in the continual growth of their business through your assistance.
• Enter and update information accurately in ArriveNOW, from which you will be responsible for achieving daily metrics. Expectations will be set by the management team and reviewed regularly.
• Make sure to remain up to date with all of our SOPs (Standard Operational Procedure).
• Maintain strong service metrics while assisting rep in growth of business
• Exemplify a level of assertiveness to identify issues and solve them.
• Foster existing relationships with our carrier partners to allow us better access to real-time updates.
• Gain knowledge of the transportation industry to better serve our customers, carriers, and drivers.
• Guarantee that the quality of calls, updates, emails, and overall information is aligned with our parameters.
• All communication related to permissions or any administrative inquiry must be escalated to your team leadership.
• Work Schedule Mon-Fri from 0800-1700 hrs MX Central Time
