Under Armour in León, Guanajuato, is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver exceptional service, drive sales, and help maintain an organized store. You will assist customers with product recommendations, stock shelves, and support daily operations while staying flexible for seasonal demand.

The role emphasizes teamwork, a fast-paced environment, and opportunities to grow into regular part-time or full-time roles. Previous retail or POS experience is a plus.

Formación

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfortable with POS systems and basic tech.
• Must be at least 16 years old (18+ in some locations).

Responsabilidades

• Deliver excellent customer service and drive sales.
• Assist customers with apparel and footwear selections.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store as needed.
• Operate POS and process payments.
• Support front and back of store tasks as required.
• Engage customers to promote loyalty programs.
