Job summary

Under Armour in Jiutepec, Mexico, is seeking energetic Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and keep the store clean and organized during busy seasons. You’ll support daily operations, handle stock duties when needed, and participate in omni-channel requests.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old (or 18 years old in California).
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs./12 kg.
• Local language fluency required; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business, including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Comfortable with or willing to learn technology (such as computers, hand-held and mobile devices).

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from a sincere greeting to an efficient check out.
• Assist customers by suggesting apparel and footwear selections.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store; support front and back of store tasks.
• Handle point of sale and payment processes as needed.
• Fulfill omni-channel requests through the digital experience and work well in a team.
• Deliver on Under Armour's attendance policy and perform tasks as assigned by management.
