Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 (or 18 in CA).
• Able to move around sales floor, stockroom and office; lift up to 25 lbs/12 kg.
• Local language fluency; basic English is a plus.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including holidays, nights and weekends.
• Ability to perform essential functions and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Offer great customer service from greeting to checkout.
• Suggest the right apparel and footwear to customers.
• Stock, straighten and clean the store; assist with back-of-store duties.
• Handle front and back-of-store tasks including POS and payments.
• Support omni-channel requests through digital experience and teamwork.
• Educate customers about the Rewards program and stay aligned with policy.
• Deliver self-development and growth opportunities while meeting performance goals.
